Same Team Requests (Playing with Your Friends)

Free Agents wishing to play on the same team should email a Same Team Request to League Management using the Contact Us form at the bottom of any GoCornhole.com webpage – be sure to select your correct City on the Contact Us form. League Management will make sure that you are assigned to the same team!

Team Roster

Each team is highly recommended to have 3-5 players so that there are no forfeits each week. A Team has a minimum of 2 players, but 3-5 is highly recommended due to players being unable to attend some weeks due to work or other obligations – because no one likes a forfeit. There is no max.

Welcome Email

After registration closes, each player will receive a Welcome Email announcing the official start of the season. It will detail everything that players need to know to kick-off the GO Cornhole season!

Step 2: Pre-game Preparations

League Location

Map of league locations are located on your respective City’s webpage and will be included in your Welcome Email. Our on-site Supervisor/Referee will direct teams to their respective courts each week.

Team Communications

Captains should email their teams weekly regarding game schedule and League Bar details.

Game Day Attire

Players are encouraged to wear their team t-shirt each week, and wear something comfortable to play in.

What to Bring to Games

Players are welcome to bring their own bags while “house” bags will be provided, if needed. And bring your hunger and thirst to enjoy the features at the league bar establishment.

Practice (Pre-season or During Season)

GO Cornhole does not require teams to practice. It is encouraged to increase camaraderie, teamwork and skills. It is the Captain’s responsibility to organize practices should a team wish to hold them.

Step 3: Game Time

Game Start

Players should arrive 15 minutes prior to game timeto warm-up. Teams will be assigned to a court based on their schedule and games will being on time.

Player Rotation

For Teams with 3 or more players, communicate your Player Rotation to the other Team. Teammates can rotate a player in each Round, although not in the middle of a Round. A player should throw all 4 bags in a Round.

Supervisor/Referee

All Supervisors/Referees have completed an equipping and certification program to effectively oversee the games. They are in charge of all courts and games during play and are the on-site authority regarding the official rules of the game.

GO Cornhole Rules

GO Cornhole follows standard Cornhole rules for the basics of the game while incorporating key rules to maintain a fun experience and good sportsmanship. CLICK HERE to view the official rules.

The Match

GO Cornhole leagues include a weekly Match between two teams. A Match consists of 3 games of Cornhole. The winner of a Match is the team that wins at least 2 or more games. The Teams will always play the full 3 games for scoring, for tie breakers, and for the fun.

Step 4: Post game

League Bar!

All players are encouraged to visit their designated League Bar for postgame festivities including significant food & drink specials, bar games, and opportunities to socialize with other players and teams.

Game Scores and Season Standings
